"Diet", your body and "Electricity"

The old adage, you are what you eat, now can be shown as a power plant, that is your body. Notice when people buy a new plant, they take it home, make sure it has the proper sunlight, water, nutrients and care, they don't do that for themselves. They just don't have time or knowledge, places to be, things to worry about. Some basic facts about your body, like electricity you have in your home or office, that runs on what is called 60 cycles, your body runs on 55 cycles of electricity. Every movement you make, is an electrical impulse, your heart run on electrical impulse, that's why a, Defibrillator, uses an electrical charge to get your heart going again. Your body is no more than a small electrical generator, suppling current to all part's of your body. You move your leg, a minuet electrical charge is sent to your muscle, to make it flex, and move your limb, your brain is a mass of + and -, just like an electrical charge, but these +and- have intelligence as a group. So why souldn't you make sure you have the best fuel for your generator, eating right. If you eat nuts, vegetable, fruits, their is the pure raw fuel your body needs, not fuel that has all the energy removed from it. Weight lifter don't go to the health food store and buy a big old can of meat, they buy, whey, soy and other raw fuel grains. A cow has something like four stomachs to digest the raw energy from the grains they eat, or as an elderly lady said to me, "there's nothing in beef for you, the cow used up all the nutrition to be a cow"! Why give your generator burned out fuel, makes no sense. Human's have one hell of a digestive system, to break down raw vegetables nutrients. Dead "Animal's" just clog you up and your home will smell better also. It all goes back to "Genesis" and "Hopi" first world stories. All of "God's" creatures, large and small, did "God" send you here to eat is "Great Work", I can't buy into that, don't fit the rest of the story of a "Great God"!
